The Brief

Document a highly intimate, cross-cultural wedding that beautifully blended two distinct family heritages into one cohesive celebration. The objective was to capture the close-knit energy of their inner circle and the cinematic flair of their day—highlighted by a classic red Corvette—set against the vintage grandeur of the Eglinton Grand.

The Challenge

Balancing the grand, theatrical scale of the Eglinton Grand with the incredibly intimate nature of the guest list. The visual documentation needed to make the massive historic space feel warm, personal, and deeply connected, while also seamlessly capturing the fast-paced, high-energy moments of the couple’s grand exit and automotive portraits.

The Approach

Treated the couple's portrait session with the precision of a commercial fashion campaign. Leveraged the striking red Corvette to create bold, cinematic contrast against the urban Toronto backdrop. As day turned to night, the approach shifted to utilize the Eglinton Grand's natural, theatrical low-light ambiance, resulting in dramatic, movie-poster-style imagery on the red carpet.
